Two new Residences on Eutaw Place. Mr. Charles E. Cassell, the architect, is putting the funishing touches on two handsome residences on Eutaw Place above Laurens Street for Mr. Jos. M. Cone. The houses are three stories with a frontage of 35 feet each, and a depth of 60 feet to a twenty foot alley. The fonrts are of rock faced white marble. The interior of the houses is finished in the latest style, with all conveniences. The first floor contains four rooms and a pantry, finished in mahogany, old Ivory Marble and white. The second and third floors contain four chambers each with bath-room attached. The third floor has five rooms. The baths are finished in Knoxville marble.
